ICI's goal is zero incidents.  The success of ICI's culture of safety progression from a "traditional compliance-based" to "behavioral/people-based safety" depends largely on all employees being motivated to expect zero incidents.  Industrial Contractors, Inc. has incorporated "behavioral/people-based" training programs to educate all company employees to assist in the realization of our safety culture goals and objectives.  Creating a safe work environment is a personal choice, as well as a corporate one.  A strong safety culture only begins when employees make safety an on-going practice.  Together we can advance the safety culture of ICI to the point where safety becomes instinctive.

There must always be consequences for one's actions - good or bad; thus continued enforcement of the existing safety policies is necessary.  However, it is absolutely essential to provide recognition and positive reinforcement for safe performance.  Therefore, a major focus in our culture of safety endeavor will be to generate motivation by observing and acknowledging safety success.

Our company strives to achieve the highest level of safety and occupational health on all projects.  Our safety programs are developed to assure compliance with all requrements of OSHA CFR Title 29 Part 1926 and Part 1910 identified as applicable to construction.  Our company complies with all applicable Owner, Local, State, and Federal rules and regulations.
